The decision to install our pool did not come lightly and the horror stories we’ve heard about the process did not help. Choosing the right pool contractor was the most intimidating part. We contacted Elite Pools based upon personal recommendations and were not disappointed. Faced with unforeseen challenges caused by a rising water table, Frank and his team worked professionally and diligently to get the pool installed in a timely manner and done right. Frank was a straight shooter who always told us like it is, even when we may not have liked the truth. In the end, his team's hard work and resourcefulness paid off and we have a beautiful, low maintenance pool that has become a center piece of our family life. I am writing this letter of recommendation for Frank Rouse of Elite Pools Yakima of whom we simply cannot say enough good things about! From the first phone call to Frank we knew we called the right company to do work for us creating our pool. Frank is a wonderful person to talk to, he explains how the process goes, keeps you informed, works with your budget, works above and beyond what he is paid for and has a great sense of humor that helps the project just flow. We were not a easy job, we own a RV Park and he had to jump through hoops again and again often times working with officials that did not know half of what he did and yet he never lost patience instead even helped them do their jobs better. From permits and opening the new pool to closing the pool at the end of a amazing swimming season Frank and his team were there to assist with each and every question or need. He stuck to his time table and his quote something not always found in a contractor these days and he worked with perhaps the most difficult engineerer that works in Washington and when we were ready to throw our hands in the air and start over with someone new Frank stepped in and worked his magic getting what we needed done. For anyone looking for a affordable pool option with a priceless contractor Frank and Elite Pools of Yakima is the one and ONLY choice to make.

When my husband and I decided to build a pool we wanted one that was low maintenance and easy to clean. We decided on a fiberglass pool as my husband grew up with a gunite pool and would not entertain that idea because of the cost and work involved in one. When we met Frank to discuss our plans he was very knowledgeable and professional. He showed us all of the available options to help us decide which pool to purchase. Frank only uses the best contractors from concrete design, electrician and excavator. The pool was done on time with Frank overseeing the whole journey. We have never been happier with the results. I highly recommend Frank and his team if you want the job done right.

One of the first priorities of moving into our new home was installing an in-ground pool. We consulted with several different businesses, got their estimates and used that time to educate ourselves on the pros and cons of each type of construction material. The one company that stood out beyond all others was Elite Pools of Yakima. Owner Frank Rouse was highly knowledgeable. Initially he consulted with us to find out our expectations and desires. He provided us with a ball park estimate which happily surprised us in comparison to the others. He then supplied us with brochures that showed the wide variety Viking pools offer. Then he arranged for us to see an example of the pools that he’d installed to further help us see what were actually considering. Seeing the pools “in the flesh” was an eye opener and helped us to finalize our decision. It also helped us decide on the pool surround. With that added information, Frank then gave us the price of the completed project. Frank was totally reliable, up front with information and a problem-solver. If he said he would do it, it was done and done correctly. He was quick to respond to any questions, and showed a personal interest in getting everything to his high standards. We were impressed with the quality of workmanship of Elite Pools, the economic benefit of fiberglass over gunite, its durability, and consequently, the bells and whistles we were able to incorporate into our pool that other companies would not have otherwise included. The subcontractors also reflected Elite Pool high standards. They, too, were highly talented, skilled and personable. They worked quickly, professionally and seamlessly with each other and Frank, who supervised the entire project from beginning to end. The subcontractors were mindful that bringing in excavators to dig wasn’t always easy on the lawn; however they did their best to minimize any residual effects, and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. The whole process was not only inspiring to watch, but FUN! We contacted Frank in late fall of ’14, and set spring of 2015 as our construction time. That spring was unusually warm, and we were able to start digging mid March. We were in the completed pool by May 1st. We opted for a salt-water system and haven’t been disappointed. Frank has since been very quick to respond and help us with any concerns over maintenance and/or pool questions. We are supremely delighted with our pool. We recommend Elite Pools with the utmost confidence that you, too, will be delighted. Elite Pools of Yakima is 5+ stars in our book!
